Your privacy is important to us. To protect it we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. This website collects no personal information on visitors. Only if an applicant sends an email to mfscholarship@gmail.com requesting that a mentor contact him or her, will that student be contacted. He or she will be contacted only regarding the specific help requested. Personal information submitted through the mail as part of scholarship applications is viewed only by the Scholarship Selection Committee and Community Foundation staff administering the scholarship. Winners of the scholarship give the Community Foundation permission to release their names, the names of their high schools, and the names of the colleges they will attend, along with a description of their winning projects. Release forms are sent to winners to submit with any photographs related to winning entries that are appropriate to share with the press.
